Real estate agent - Luxembourg - Client risk assessment matrix
For all new business relationships, the Agent must carry out an analysis, by means of an evaluation matrix, of the customer risk, the elements of which will be integrated into the customer profile together with the customer identification form and the documentation received from the customer.
It comprises two templates: one for clients natural persons, another one for clients legal persons.
Depending on the assessment of the risk attached to the client, normal, simplified or reinforced vigilance will be applied for the client in question .
